They sold me a home next to a well known dope house. Andrea claimed not to know but they literally managed it as a rental before I bought it. Now they're selling a house on the other side of the dope house. Dishonest business!

They are scammers. They will disclose private & confidential information to your tenant & collude with your tenant to not pay you. Very, very slow 🐌 at doing anything. Your property will be on the market forever. They will not care to do any marketing or advertising. All the other agents in the area were shocked that they took over 1 yr to sell our listing and set that they could sell it in a few weeks.

Perry is a tough place to find a home, my wife and I had been looking for something for a couple of months. The ladies from Sawgrass can help you cut through the clutter of poor housing, overcharging, bad areas, and all the other struggles, and find a suitable home for you and your family. Cheryl is the talker, Andrea knows her facts, Laura connects you with any info you need, Nelda is the fearless leader, and the other ladies are locals that feels like you're talking to family. They are a solid team, they have great properties, and they are easy to get a hold of and work with.

I called and spoke to Nelda,the realtor, but she wasn't the friendliest person to talk too.Seemed to be a little agitated.Perhaps she was having a bad day which is ok so I'll take it as that and is why I give them a 2 star rating.
