Tim and his team were fantastic. Constantly going out of their way to manage the entire process. This included numerous off-hour trips to the property for showings, walk throughs, maintenence visits, etc… All major decisions were left up to us, however they were always presented with the pros and cons of each option. When asked, Tim would provide recommendations, and they were all spot on. Will definitely use this team again for our next 30a property.

I will be using them again! So I was trying to buy a Short Term Rental property - site unseen from out of state. Through a series of contacts, I asked a great mortgage broker - "do you know any solid performing, go-getter realtors up in Panama City Beach area?" Without missing a beat, he gave me Mike Vogel's name and contact info. And he was right. Mike and Sarah helped us every step of the way. First of all, he knew the market thoroughly: location to focus on properties, historical issues with certain communities, features of neighborhoods - all with a purpose of making us successful. They had many contacts in the area - sometimes bringing off-market deals, needed services, and all the quick things you need when trying to move fast in an aggressive market. They are polite, friendly, extremely responsive, and just plain fun people to have as business partners. I'll be buying again in the market and I'll be staying with Mike and Sarah to get it done!
