Beautiful ocean front view in unit 1. Clean and pleasant environment. Spacious rooms, nice kitchen, great space overall. Great beach access and lovely furnished outdoor lanai to enjoy the view. Located near a lot of great restaurants and shops. Loved Harry’s restaurant and Sips coffee shop.

We enjoyed our stay 2024, but w
hen we needed to cancel our 2025 reservation , following their policy , we are now having difficulty receiving the deposit refund $ owed and promised . Wanda, the property manager , told us the refund was issued, and when we inquire because we have not received it, she seems confused. I hope this post propels someone with authority to refund our money promptly.

We stayed in condo 8 and it was nothing short of incredible. The location and distance to the beach was perfect (a very short path which leads to the sea). The beach had hardly anyone on it - it felt like our own paradise. The condo was well equipped and very clean with perfect location for all local restaurants. We loved our stay here and would come here for every holiday if we could! Thank you to The Sea Grape Inn

Our new happy place.
We previously stayed on LBK at another property(for 40 plus years) and unfortunately it had become unbearable so we started looking for another condo to enjoy what we love about LBK; quiet-tranquility. WE FOUND IT with Seagrape. Booking was easy and Wanda was easily accessible by phone after office ours. We stayed in unit 5 which was clean, well stocked and had a beautiful view of the gulf. THANK YOU for a lovely stay and we look forward to continuing our yearly tradition.

My family of 6 just finished our stay at the sea grape in unit #5. We had an amazing time! The facility was clean and the service was great! We loved being footsteps away from a pool that was right on the beach! It was the perfect family environment! We plan on returning back next year!

Appeared a bit more "posh" than our little family of 4 Hill Folk was expecting, but really a nice secluded slice of heaven on the beach. Glad we found this place after our old place was sold for redevelopment. Apart from a few furnishing blemishes, I can't think of a negative thing to say. Small and clean pool we had mostly to ourselves. Private beach was nice. 2 bathrooms within our unit was great. This might be our new home away from home.

The best you can wish for. We stayed in condo 8. It has 4 bedrooms 3 with en suites. A very spascious condo for up to 8 people with a large lanai that fronts on to the beach. A wonderful place to watch the glorious sunsets.

Enjoyed a very nice, relaxing stay at Sea Grape Inn condo #5 over Thanksgiving break! Complex is small with only 8 units, all with ocean views, very quiet and secluded, on Longboat Key. Location is great, convenient to St. Armand's Key for shops/restaurants and in close proximity to a grocery store (Publix) and several good restaurants. Had wonderful meals at Tripletail, Duval's, Speak's Clam Bar, and Lazy Lobster! Unit itself is nicely updated, with everything you need, and plenty of room for our family of 4. There is a small, nicely heated pool onsite which the kids enjoyed! The pool is immediately adjacent to the beach, which is always good, especially with kids in tow. There are complimentary loungers on the beach for guest use. The beach was not crowded at all as we almost always had the beach to ourselves during our trip! The water was cold but the shell hunting was fantastic! Our unit had some beach gear provided, included umbrellas and sand toys for the kids. The onsite manager, Wanda, was available to answer any questions prior to and during our visit and graciously provided us with an early check in. We highly recommend Sea Grape Inn and would definitely consider staying here again! P.S. Highly recommend a visit to the Mote Aquarium!
