Could Not Have Been Happier. My wife and I have purchased and sold 3 homes with Amanda over the last 8 years.

We were referred to Amanda by our lender. He said she was an agent who would give us 5 star treatment even though we were looking for fixer upper homes in a low price bracket. As first time home-owners, we were pretty nervous and Amanda did a great job of listening to us, re-assuring us, and helping us find a great first home.

When it came time to sell that home, we listened to Amanda's advice and were able to catch the very top of the market post-covid.

Both of our other home sales were in more challenging markets. We followed Amanda's advice in regards to pre-inspections and what repairs to make and what not. Amanda is a great negotiator. Things always pop up when selling a home that cause negotiation between the buyer and selling. Amanda proved adept at navigating all the issues and fighting to keep as much money as possible in our pocket.
