I can’t complement the Sellstate team or our realtor Carrie Lukins enough. Carrie helped us navigate a very hot market will trying to purchase a home remotely, and made the process almost seamless. I have never worked with an agent both so warm, friendly and professional. She very quickly understood what we needed, while also intuiting needs and wants we hadn’t even considered, and was immediately able to guide us to properties she knew we would like. Beyond that, Sellstate gives back to the community at a level I have never encountered with a real estate agency. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

My boyfriend and I recently bought our first house and we used Carrie here at Sellstate! She was amazing! Being first time home buyers we weren’t sure what to expect or how much house we could get, but she was informative and helpful to show us all of our options. We considered a few different houses, including a rent to own, a resell, and some others that we didn’t love. Our real estate agent was kind enough to show us new builds we didn’t know we qualified for and we fell in love with our new home! It was great to pick all new finishes and have brand new appliances. We got a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with an office and are in love!! She was the best real estate agent and we recommend her and the whole brokerage to EVERYONE!! They recently opened a property management division as well and we have friends using them to rent their home! Best brokerage/real estate company ever!!
