I rented from Rendee for a year. She was very responsive even though she had just dislocated her arm bad enough to warrant surgery. She made sure my rental went forward in a timely fashion . Totally and completely unprofessional. Met with an agent named Carl Stickeler who from the beggining was unprofessional. He showed up thirty
minutes late to show me and overpriced space that wasn’t even cleaned up or ready for a proper walk thru, there was tons of storage from another retail space everywhere in this space not to mention poor visibility from all angles of the store front. He also lied to me saying the space hasn’t had a tenant for only the last 4 months which is flat out a lie the same space I’ve seen online available for lease for exactly one year now. It’s customary to submit your own proposal to the real estate agent when they are asking too much which is what I did. Carl Stickeler then proceeds to send me emails telling me how ridiculous I am for offering them a proposal slightly lower than what they were asking. How is this professional at all? How about just don’t respond back or just say sorry we don’t accept those terms? Why message me insulting my intelligence?
