Last November, we decided to list our home and we asked our usual realtor his help.
He knew our house: he found it for us 9 years ago and we thought he was the best to sell it.
Unfortunately, he was so certain to have the contract he didn’t make any visible effort to convince us.

So, we considered 4 other agents and I must say we did the right choice with Shannon.
She told us the truth about our place with tact and professionalism. She was able to emphasize the strong points and the weaknesses of the house. An appraisal confirmed us the right listing price.

Shannon demonstrated a great availability for showing personally our place and after 33 days we signed a contract for an offer very close from the listing price.
