I sent a in contact request via Zillow to pay cash for a property. Never got back to me. Zillow only lets you send in one contact request. I see now that the property is Pending, meaning it has an accepted offer. Too bad, because the list price was dropped 23% since I was interested on making a cash offer. I'm glad my realty company didn't undersell any of my properties. I would be sad if they did. MLS # T3492128 Oh, this review gets even better! The price just dropped another 13%. The pending deal fell through. I got through to the listing agent, said I wanted to make a cash offer for list price. Agent Maseda said she would talk to the owners and get back to me, yet still, four days later, has not called, emailed, or responded to txts. Wow. I've seen some unprofessional behavior in the past, but this place , wow. In their little Monday morning sales meetings, they never coach them on common courtesy? Oh, it gets even better: Long after I returned to the USA I see that this property sold for $20,000 less than I was willing to pay. Hmmm. Now they want to make excuses and blame the seller when they undersold the listing. That's funny. Remind me to hire a real estate agent who undersells listings just to get them off their books. Pathetic.

Based on my experience with this company. Realtor Karen Bracusell is very unprofessional, controlling, condescending, and has no patience. I moved in on the 16th of August 2021 and I was terminating my lease on August 16th 2022. I gave her my written letter one month a head of time and then she told me, I had to stay for the whole month. I paid my rent on July 28th for August. Karen then calls and started harassing me to move early because she was selling the house.

James McKay is one of the horrible and most dangerous realtor I have ever seen and dealt in my life. be aware of scam they do at signature realty.he is a modern day pathological liar. I am not sure how their business has not been flagged by better business bureau. stay away from this people. they do lot of real estate in Tampa Bay Area.

My hubby and I were interested in a property and had repeatedly tried contacting the number and information given, and finally had reached the realtor Maria Sanchez. She had originally said the house was available, could get us to look at the house and was going to set up an appointment to meet us and then stated later after leaving her our contact info and again no reply back had called her the next day and then she said the house was never available. Not to mention her broken English is not easy to decipher. But come to find out the house WAS still listed as available and didn’t end up getting rented until almost a week after. Beware of using her. Very unprofessional. Never have I dealt with someone like this when it comes to a realtor.

I would never conduct or transact any business with Signature Realty even if they were giving away a house. Extremely unprofessional and I feel the agent, if you could even call her that, was unethical. Her clients were even worse. She definitely did not do her job as an agent should. Extremely disappointed in this business.
