I DO NOT recommend working with this agency ever. If I could give negative stars I would because they don't even deserve one. They contracted our company in December for Tree Service and told us there would be a check available on the date of service upon completion of the job. This was not the case, we were told Margaret "forgot" to leave it for us. We have been trying to get ahold of them ever since. It is now February, and we have still not heard from them. They are criminals and thieves. If you look them up on the BBB website it says they are out of business and not accredited. Be careful if you choose to work with these people, you will get screwed.

Stay far away from Silver Home Real Estate. The are completely unethical and dishonest. This company contracted my business for tree service on one of their properties. Their agent Margaret Polley told us that a check would be ready the day of service. However, when the work was completed we were told that Margaret forgot to leave a check. For over a month after that we tried to contact Margaret via phone and email to resolve payment. We also called the main office multiple times. No one returned our calls or email. It wasn't until we started making threats of legal action that we got any response from them. They didn't even call, just sent us a link to some portal to upload documents that they should have asked for from the very beginning! We completed our service on December 3rd, 2024...and here we are at the end of January and still no payment. Bottom line is, they signed a contract with us that says payment is due at the time of service, not 2 months later. We have been in business for over 20 years and I have never encountered a management company as unprofessional as Silver Home.

UPDATE*** IT IS NOW MID FEBRUARY AND WE HAVE NOT RECIEVED PAYMENT OR ANY CONTACT FROM THIS COMPANY. CHECK THEM OUT ON THE BBB AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN ACCREDITED. IT SAYS THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS.

Before I hired Jeff, I was struggling with picking the right tenant. I had a tenant issue and Jeff guided me through the eviction process so well it ended amicable between the tenant and me. Because of this I signed on to have his agency manage my rental. As a landlord I know my property is protected and cared for with his agency and have since signed a new tenant that is very happy with the ease of signing the lease, payment portal and communications with the agency. Look no further if you’re looking for a hands on property manager who has the ability to meet tenant and landlord needs with quick matching of what each is looking for in their search without wasting any time.
