Would have given 5 stars if we didn’t have an initial problem on our booking. But the manager made everything right so we were both happy. We had a great pilot and enjoyed the flight! Best tour available IMO. Great fun.

REVISED: The manager did apologize and reschedule us for the following day, but I had to call rather than him contacting me. The pilot was the best person we dealt with at SkyEagle by far.
ORIGINAL: My boyfriend and I booked the night flight for our Florida vacation. The morning of our scheduled flight, I tried calling the number I had AND the number listed on Google to confirm; both were disconnected. I finally found another phone number listed on their website that worked and was assured we were all set for our 7pm flight. I tried calling again to confirm as the weather seemed iffy before we made the 30 minute Uber trip, but no one answered. Trusting what I was told earlier, we made the trip there and arrived to an empty office. After I sent an email to them, I immediately got a phone call from some woman who said they have to cancel because of the weather (even though their website clearly states “0% downtime due to weather”). I understand weather is out of anyone’s control (even though it wasn’t even raining or very windy), but I did my due diligence to confirm several times and was told we were good to go. A simple phone call or email AT LEAST should have been made. Instead, we had to go find out for ourselves, wasting over an hour of our vacation and ruining our evening. The woman started getting super defensive saying I don’t make the weather, the office closed at 5 (why schedule 7pm flights then?) and did not provide any solutions at all. Then when I asked for her name, she said it didn’t matter. Sanjay is apparently the manager who was “nowhere to be found” according to her. A BEYOND TERRIBLE experience for something my boyfriend and I were very much looking forward to. BOO 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Met Luke and he gave me info on getting a private pilots license. Also gave me a tour of the facility and all of the aircraft they have on site. Looks like a great place to learn how to fly. Luke is a graduate himself and is currently working on his commercial license.
