There are a lot of ups and downs all of us yacht crew experience throughout the first months of yachting. And having a great team like the team over at smart move crew accommodations is a huge help! They have amazing communication skills, cleaning crew, and are extremely understanding of what we all go through. I highly recommend smart move if you’re looking for crew housing. Island breeze is a great house to stay in.

I have always used Smart Move while studying in Fort Lauderdale. Their apartments are always very clean, tidy and organised. They make you feel at home while staying there and very welcome.

Unfortunately I don’t have good to say about this place. I was the #1 recommended crew house and I strongly disagree. Although I know smart move is not required for any loss goods, we had a roommate that stole 200$ worth of merchandise from me, started a whole bunch of drama, and more. Smart move replied “ we are not responsible for drama” and contained to let it happen until she decided to leave. The living conditions were terrible. Black mold in the shower, which we cleaned ourself with the cleaning supplies WE provided. They hired cleaners every Wednesday but almost looked DIRTER after the cleaners left. The stove is wrapped in tin foil and is uneven as can be. Can’t cook jack. Every pot or pan is from the 1900s and is unbearable to cook with. I do no recommend.

The communication that Smart Moves provides is top notch. I am in the SLA business all day every day so when I must be on the other side for my son’s new life adventure I cannot praise them enough. So prompt and polite. My son has stayed at a couple of locations and both he has spoken highly of. Thank you!

I have had the pleasure of working with smart move as a owner of multiple properties since 2018. They have made short term rental ownership easy and affordable. The property maintenance is always well looked after, and smartmove always gives me the option to correct myself. I would highly recommend their services to any future clients.

I’ve had a great experience at Smart Move so far! The whole process has been effortless and what I’ve enjoy so far is I have direct contact with someone if I had to encounter any issues. My accommodation is perfect if you’re studying at PYT as it’s walking distance away. 10/10

Nice crew house, it was pretty quiet during the majority of my stay here which is probably just because of my own bad timing. The owners are very nice and quick with all communications through email which is really nice. I opted for the budget option and I am pleasantly surprised with how nice it was considering that it is the budget option. Overall I am pleased with the crew house, but as a greenie I have opted to move to a busier crew that I think will provide me with better networking opportunities. Although I think I just ended up in the wrong location with Smart Move because apparently some of their other locations have more guests and are busier which would probably result in greater networking opportunities. I would recommend Smart Move Accommodations.
