SNL Realty is a 5 star plus group. They have been managing my Tucson investment property since late 2020. Since I reside on the east coast, it is imperative that I have a group who is hands on and reliable. It is reassuring to have Sam, Leslie and the SNL team in this role. Sam has her finger on the pulse for competitive market value for a sale. Leslie's improvement recommendations whether to ready a home for sale and/or to make improvements to an investment property to attract a stronger rental candidate have really paid off in my interactions with her. I strongly recommend SNL for realty or rental property needs.

This is my current Property Manager and I have to say, they're great to work with! Most everything is electronic, so I can pay my rent, request maintenance, check status updates and everything online! They're also partnered with a company for Security Deposit assistance, which is incredibly helpful! I've only been here for about 2 weeks and they've been very fast about the items listed in the initial move-in for attention. I had a slight issue with the heater and they had the repair man out within the same day. It's been a real pleasure working with the folks at SNL. I'm a very happy tenant 😁

This brokers and realtors have NO idea what they are doing. Do not trust them with your money. We needed multiple properties managed and they did nothing but take funds and refuse to pay us back

SNL Reatly is a wonderful company. I highly recommend them.
Last week I drove up to my rental, tried to open the garage door and the power was out. And of course I did not have my house key with me. I called SNL Rental told Leslie my situation. And by the way everytime you call SNL Rental they answer the phone. Leslie was so wonderful she drove out to Gladden Farms to open my door. Leslie is a ROCK STAR!
I felt so bad because the power came on 5 minutes later.
Not a lot of companies would leave there office to open a door.
Leslie and Sam are wonderful people. I'm so grateful that they are my Rental company .

I recently moved into a property they're managing, and Gene was nothing but the most helpful and courteous person. Even when he made a slight mistake or didn't know the answer, he was quick to ensure that my needs as the potential tenant were met and that issues were rapidly resolved. The treatment I've been receiving at SNL Realty and Rentals has been far and beyond much better than anything I've experienced at previous rentals, especially apartment complexes.

We got recommended samantha from fairway independent mortgage last year. Overall we had a great experience with samantha she was super flexible working around our crazy schedules at the time. I think we looked at 4-5 houses before we found the one we really loved. The other ones all got offers and accepted those offers within the hour we looked which is crazy to think with the housing market. It took us almost 2 months to find the right home. When we found the home we wanted she helped us put a good offer for the home which was accepted by the seller. Then from there helped us get inspections done of the house, check for termites and what not. She guided us through the process of getting the appraisal done due to FHA loan terms. Even when there was significant delays due to having to get another appraisal she was there. She gave us recommendations on what to do when our offer was more than the appraisal which helped us save money in the end. We even got to do a last look through the house after everything was done to make sure it was kosher. Samantha helped us even after we had moved into the house when there were issues and had the seller contact us to fix the issues that arose within the first week. I would definitely recommend her. She really helped with finding our first home with the crazy market in a timely manner.
