We love the Solana apartments! When we arrived the office staff (Lydia and Julius) were extremely helpful and very organized! We even got to meet a few people as we were unloading and they were extremely complimentary on the apartment complex and the people that live here, I love that I saw the Cousins Maine lobster truck by the leasing office so we were able to grab some lunch on our break from unpacking!

Can’t say enough great things about Solana! My wife and I lived here for 5 years and loved every minute of it. Living within walking distance to olde town is such a bonus. The community is full of friendly people and the amenities are great. The staff and maintenance have always been helpful and had no issues at all with them over 5 years. Move in and move out was such a simple process with no hassle. If I had to gripe about one thing , it’s the lack of security presence/cameras/door fobs on buildings. I do think there is room to upgrade the safety of the complex for residents as crime is on the rise. Don’t hesitate to live here, you will truly enjoy it. Thank you Solana for a wonderful 5 years!

I lived here for a little over 3 years and had a really wonderful experience. No place is perfect, but the grounds are clean, maintenance comes quick, and overall the units are well built. It's also a great neighborhood and my neighbors were always kind/ quiet. Oh, and they were really fair with my move out deposit. Highly recommend this place!

We’ve lived at Solana for 2 years. And overall I love this property and recommend to others. It’s beautiful and the amenities are great. Walking distance to Olde town Arvada.

The Amenities: Pool is fantastic. Love the pizza oven. We met some of our closest friends at the pool over summer. Amazing gym with Lots of great equipment, and kept very clean. They even provide towels and water machines.

The apartment: Very modern. Obsessed with our no slam cabinets, under counter lighting and high ceilings. I will say It was weirdly built, for example, we can hear our neighbor walking heavy below us… I’ve never had that in past complexes.

Maintenance team: They are the real deal. When we’ve opened a service request they literally get things fixed same day. And they are always very friendly. Super impressive maintenance team and sense of urgency which I really appreciate.

Now for the not so fun part/ areas for improvement…

Crime happens, I get it. But it seems to be extremely frequent at this complex. Arvada police are great and responsive, but not much they can do. We were robbed 2 times in 2 years. It happens so frequently here that our new morning routine is to look out window at our cars to ensure the windows aren’t smashed in. There has been glass on the ground outside for almost 6 months from our neighbors window being smashed out, you’d think they would clean up the glass?

In winter, behind building 17 gets almost no sun. It is a legit ice rink all winter. They do hire a company to “clean it up” but it’s a half a$$ job and still an ice rink/ salty mess all winter.

Wanted to be transparent about areas of improvements, but overall we loved living here and recommend to anyone looking for a fun, clean and nice apartment complex.

Quiet neighborhood, some units with big balconies, good access to public transportation, excellent amenities, clean and well kept premises, and friendly and responsive staff who put on great community events every month.

Like everywhere else in Denver, rent is steadily rising. There are no elevators. Trash valet is a mandatory $25 monthly charge.

It would be nice to have public bike storage (although you can pay for a garage unit). Also would be nice if public transportation could feasibly get you to the mountains. Finally, the WiFi and cell service in the gym do not work consistently which can be frustrating if you depend on connectivity for your workout plan, but hopefully that can be improved.

The absolute best apartments with the best amenities and the most attentive staff. The great location helps as well. I can not say enough how much I loved my home in Denver all because of Solana. It was truly one of the hardest things to leave! 10/10 recommend!!

I have lived at Solana Olde Town Arvada Apartments for 3.5 years. We left halfway through our 4th year lease because of a job transfer, otherwise we would have loved to stay! We were the first tenants of our unit so of course everything was perfect and new. We were on 3rd floor and our neighbors were the best. The dog park was great to have for our dog. The accessibility of walking to Olde Town is perfect! There is a gym and pool/hot tub that is clean and taken care of. Maintenance staff here at Solana has always been super kind to us. Any requests we put in, they were there same day or the next depending on type of issue. The office staff has always been great to us! We are thankful for the time spent at the apartments and will recommend to others!

Leased here for a year and had a great experience! The leasing staff is very helpful and responsive, and the whole process from move-in to move-out was seamless. Great community, great amenities, and a perfect location to walk to Olde Town or commute into downtown (by car or TRD). I especially loved the food truck visits! The only reason I left was that I was looking to reduce my monthly housing costs, but I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live outside downtown Denver.
