Courtney and Michael were absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Words that come to mind are: friendly, helpful, respectful, responsive, communicative, honest, thorough. We lived in VA so I looked online for FL realtors and found their extremely helpful videos on the planned community of Lakewood Ranch (LR), things to consider when looking for a home in FL, pool lessons learned, and so many more topics, so I reached out. They also live in the LR community so their personal experience and expertise was another reason I chose to contact them. Courtney got back to me very quickly and I told her we were likely 2 years out. She never pushed us to buy. She asked what she could do to assist us in our search. I asked he to give us information on the Lakewood Ranch community as a whole. Every few months she would send us info on new sections/villages opening in LR, status of current sections, and updates on the overall community and surrounding areas. We finally met her in FL and she drove us around to some of the LR villages based on criteria we had given to her. We asked for her honest thoughts on pros and cons of certain villages in LR, and she gave us good feedback to consider. After showing us around, Courtney encouraged us to tour the area on our own so we never felt pressured. She was there to answer questions every step of the way. It took about 2 years for us to decide on a new build and pick a lot, then 11 months for the build. During the build, Michael would video the lot and home every few weeks so we could see the progress while we were in VA. We loved the videos! They were present for pre-drywall walk thru and final walk thru. They helped us sift through all the settlement paperwork and answered all our questions. We settled on 10/30/24 and we are so glad to have worked with Courtney & Michael on our journey. They are a great team and we highly recommend them for your real estate needs! They even keep in touch today which speaks highly of the respect they have for their clients!

Courtney and Michael make an expert Real Estate team. They know the area well and will guide you in the right direction no matter where you are in the house buying process. I had many questions, concerns, and emotional ups and downs orchestrating a move while living in Chicago. Courtney always offered options, encouragement and opinions when I asked for them.
