They work extremely hard for their clients, whether buying or selling and they are fantastic members of the community. A client of the Sold Sisters is a client for life. I worked with Kim and the KW team to sell acreage in Pine Ridge a few weeks ago. It was by far the easiest real estate transaction I’ve ever had. Kim provided comps but also was familiar with the area (e.g. a road extension will not go near my property) and was totally up-to-date on the changing market. The pictures they took of my property were by far superior to other lots and I feel like it differentiated my property. I had offers but never felt pushed into taking less than I wanted - Kim worked on my behalf to get my desired price. My property sold in less than two weeks at a very competitive price while several comparable properties have been on the market for six months and more. Kim made sure everything went smoothly in the closing and continued to follow up throughout the process. I highly recommend this team.
