Our place was beautiful and most important for us clean!
Huge back yard, pool and hot tub were used every night. Disney was our goal and so close!
Big bed, very nice decor so we felt at home right away, very cozy.
Lots of wild life around on walks. We will book again with this huge house that had all the amenities; 6 bedrooms and full kitchen, name it!

Awesome stay for our big family! Everyone had their own bed/bedroom and bathroom/shower which was great. Water pressure in the shower was great too - sometimes it’s those small things that make a big difference. Tons of seating outside so we could watch the playoffs while the kids swam in the pool. The outdoor entertaining area was one of the highlights, sitting in the hot tub after a busy day at Disney was so nice. We could put the kids to bed, but then still have our adult time. Watching the sunset and seeing all the birds come in for the night was so cool. Really beautiful spot, felt like we had the best location in the resort. House had everything we needed to make meals, but was also close to go out and grab a bite to eat. Lots of restaurants and shops near by, and of course Disney and Universal. Great location. Hosts made it easy to check in and out. Everything was smooth and easy. Resort area was cool too. Amazing to see wild cranes (or whatever kind of birds they are), just hanging out on the sidewalk on the way to the waterslide. Wish we could have spent another week there. Next year we’ll know better and book 2 weeks!

Solterra Sunset Villa was a perfect place for our recent visit to the Disney and Universal parks. The house had everything we needed. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for the entire family. Fully stocked kitchen to make meals. The backyard paradise was fantastic...swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The games room was a blast for the kids and the adults! The community resort added that much more to do with a lazy river, a waterslide and tennis courts. I would highly recommend staying at this property when visiting the Disney area. The house is well located for all the Orlando area has to offer. The hosts were attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed for our vacation. We are looking forward to going back!

The house was beautiful, very clean, and had everything that we needed for our trip. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions that we had, and very kind and accommodating of our group. The backyard pool was such a great feature, and the hot tub was a lovely way to unwind at the end of long park days. We loved being able to eat outside and enjoy our meals on the covered deck, with the beautiful view of the lake. The house was spacious, and had room for our whole group. . The game room was a welcome feature that our kids and adults both enjoyed. It was a quick walk to the community pool and playground. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely great time staying here with friends. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located and close to Disney World, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The house was beautifully decorated. The games room was a pleasant surprise for our kids. We had more than enough rooms for both families with room to spare. Kitchen was fully equipped for any cooking that we did. The outdoor living space was amazing, our kids spent countless hours in the pool and hot tub. Would absolutely recommend staying there!

We stayed at Solterra Sunset Villa for a week in January 2024… I would highly recommend staying at this property when visiting the Disney area… the house was very clean, spacious & nicely decorated… The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook meals etc…. The pool/hot tub area was our favourite place to hangout… very private backing onto the lake & the outdoor living space was awesome….you’re close to Target, and some local restaurants too… can’t wait to go back!!!!

We had an amazing stay at this house for our trip to Disney World. The location was perfect, an inexpensive Uber to the parks for the day. The hosts recommended using Lyft to the parks instead of Uber and it saved us a fortune. The house was clean, recently renovated, and very spacious, making it ideal for our spontaneous couples trip. The hosts were attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed for a magical vacation to Disney! We highly recommend this to our friends and family.
