One of the things that stands out the most is the commitment to cleanliness and safety. The apartment itself is beautifully set up, with a layout that maximizes comfort and convenience. The washer and dryer are a fantastic addition, making laundry days a breeze.

Wonderful Improvements Under New Management

After three years of ups and downs, I am thrilled to say that things have taken a remarkable turn at Somerset Grove. The recent changes under new management have been nothing short of extraordinary. kudos to the entire team for their dedication and hard work!

I've always appreciated the spacious rooms here, but now I can truly enjoy them without any hassle. It's clear that the team cares deeply about providing excellent service and ensuring that any issues are swiftly resolved. Whenever there's a concern, the response is quick and efficient, making me feel valued and at ease.

I have to admit, this place has become more than just a residence for me; it feels like home. I'm so grateful for the positive changes and the effort that has clearly been put into making this a top-notch living environment. Thank you to Tracy and the entire staff for their amazing work – I couldn't be happier to call this place my home.

The worst complex they lie an steal u deposit... Tell you one thing an switch to do another get everything in writing if u have to deal with them I would strongly say don't even I am going to court about my money with them worst apartments ever

MOLD! MOLD! MOLD! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Youvare exposing your self to disease and sickness. My apartment was mold infested and made me sick all the time. I have videoes and pics. And a professionally done lab report. I had to call in a private accessor cause they said their people found nothing. The AC was supper dirty and mold had been festering in the apartment for what seem like years. That level of decay dont happen over night in my estimation or in a yr. My hair thinned, rashes. Badly aggravated sinus reaction, hay fever, sore ears nose and throat. I mave even have developed minor vertiligo, my skin just burns. Constant metalic taste in my mouth. The kind of mold found was the can kill you kind, pnuemonia could result, your respiratory system could be affected and can cause diseases. My whole body is toxified.Donot rent death and medical expenses.

I've been living at Somerset Apartments for over 8 years now. And I really don't have anything bad to say about that place. The staff has been great to me , I cant complain about their costumer service. But having lived there for all this time I've seen a few things that I would like to point out. My building was one of the quietest buildings and probably still is but now we have a lot of Tenants with teenagers and toddlers so we are now having lots of noise from the kids, you see them sending stones across the courtyard hitting your doors and windows, and screaming from top of their lungs and so on. ( That's expected, they are kids) and then there's the frequent occurrence of clogged plumbing and toilets and tubs backing up, I wanna say that is probably specific to tenants on the ground floor, since I hear toilets flushing upstairs all the weekend. I have had to deal with this at least three times this year, and it always happen on the weekends. All three times maintenance is fully not equipped to handle the emergency over the weekend and we are stuck without the use of our bathroom facilities for THE ENTIRE TIME. That, I don't appreciate and would like to see some improvement in that area. This SHOULD BE TREATED AS AN EMERGENCY. Just imagine from Friday night to Monday morning not being able to use your toilet at your apartment and having to go stay at a hotel, spending money that you didn't plan on spending. We also had a flooding problem, apartments on the Ground floor of our building would often flood out with the slightest rain but I noticed that the last few down pours that this hasn't happened, so I am assuming that this was probably fixed, so if it was I would like to Thank the management team for addressing this.

Regardless of these concerns Somerset is a very great place to live and their office team and management are awesome people. worthy of mention is Lizette whom I have come to appreciate over the years, very nice, pleasant and professional. The front desk staff is also great (sorry I never asked your name) both Irving and Lizette has worked very hard to make this place what it is today. I would highly recommend to anyone. My only wish is that emergency issues are treated as such.

Being a Customer Service Rep, for a major airline, it is VERY important the vibe is RIGHT.
I'm looking to relocate and I believe it will be to Lauderdale Lakes. Recently was there, and it was that visit that's making me rethink, Miami, OR Lauderdale Lakes...
Can't wait to schedule a walk through, because a year go by FAST.
I just can't decide whether to request living by the, "old nice white people" OR the music, because I'm actually married to the music. 😁

Previously, I had a hard time finding a home. When I called this property and got in contact with Jason, I didn’t know what to expect. Jason has wonderful customer service and is very knowledgeable. Jason doesn’t waste anytime in completing his tasks. The process was smoothe and I moved in sooner than expected. I am so grateful to Jason for his help because now I have a piece of mind and a place to call home. Everything is very affordable, spacious homes, it is a gated community so there are no unwanted visitors and it is really quiet.

The one thing i could say about these apartment are they are affordable and the management are nice to certain point (front desk vs Back office) and the security gate they take forever but they do a great job. but as far as the living in the actually apartment are completely different the apartment are very old everything is breaking down in the apartment such as the slider door on the shower, the sliding door to the porch. the ceiling in the bathroom shift every time a door is open in the house and they fall and crack. the wall are paper thin you can hear the neighbor full conversations clearly. They do have pest control but it a waste of money because the apartment are infested with brave roaches inside and outside. I have been attacked many time by the big roaches at the garbage they will literally fly right on you. if you have kids deeply consider You cant use the pool cause it cost 20 for a key plus it chained, there is no where for them to play plus car speed thru the parking lot like they have a life and death emergency everyday. If the kids try to play in the courtyard inside the apartment the neighbor will call the patrol to have them go in the house. The washer/dryer work sometimes but are affordable, if people keep track of the time of their clothes and not leave them in there for a hour or over night. They say no pets but I guess it on a case by case basis because there is about 4 dogs that stay within the apartments that I know of which I don't mind but I had to leave my dog with family because of their policy.
