I called Fran Saturday morning in reference to a commercial property, and she was so helpful in getting every bit of information she could so we had the most information on making a decision on the property.

She was quick, responsive, and easy to work with. She was able to compile and submit the offer to the seller the same day! The transaction was smooth; we closed in her office, and we couldn't have asked for a better broker!

Fran is a godsend! My siblings and I live in NY and were trying to find a home for our father in Florida. Our dad does not know how to use technology so was very limited to staying on top of houses fresh to the market, or even in being able to view houses before deciding to tour of a home. We were previously working with a realtor that showed us a few homes virtually then physically showed our dad 2 houses. Never heard from her again. I found Southern Coast to Country Realty with google and reading reviews and viewing length of experience. I was not disappointed at all. I spoke with Fran and gave a quick rundown of what we had been through and what we are looking for. That day she drove our father to 5 homes and he placed a purchase offer on one of them. Same Day!!! I was so amazed. He now has moved into his new home and my sister and I leave tomorrow to help him get completely settled. Next year when it is my turn to make the move I will be sure to call Fran. I cannot say enough positive comments about Southern Coast to Country Realty. From the moment my husband and I walked in the office we were greeted with warmth and kindness from the office manager, Wendy.

Then, we had the pleasure to work with Fran on selling our home. From the very first time my husband and I met Fran we felt comfortable with her because she is such a good and genuine person. Fran took the time to really explain every step of the home selling process and what to expect before she even came to our home. As we went through the selling process she referenced back everything we initially discussed to make sure there were no unexpected surprises, etc.

I know Fran is extremely busy with other clients, but she has never made us feel rushed through the home selling process. Fran was very attentive in responding in a timely manner.

She turned the entire selling process into what can be topically a stressful situation into a pleasureable experience.

We will be contacting Fran to find us our dream home in the near future and most definitely would recommend her services.
