She is very professional and a very pleasant person to work with. She responds to requests in a very timely manner, our guests are happy with her service and she is proactive in addressing issues with our property. Something went wrong with this management company, didn’t do what they were suppose to do and shouldn’t charge as much as they charge, unfortunately they requested bank account information and didn’t even notify me about money been taken. The manager spent too little time at the house resulting in bad reviews. The first time they cleaned the house didn’t check what needed, resulting in a complaint for not having towels, had to give away the pool heater and spa fees, they seem to be a good company for the reviews but has no clue about this business because is very important the condition of the house after the guest leaves, and she shouldn’t quit after only 3 weeks, but actually she quit two times, the first time I accepted her apologies, and again it was over complains about her job, she doesn’t accept responsibility of her mistakes. I am glad no longer have to deal with her , tired of all that arguing.
