I can see why her company has lasted so long as her knowledge and expertise in listing and selling houses is phenomenal! She helped in my buying a home and then after two years listed and sold my home within a month. My mom was diagnosed with Dementia and I had to find a house to move to as I was living in a townhome. She not only helped me find a beautiful home in the 55+ community of Summit Greens but negotiated in getting a new roof put on the home before closing saving me tons of money. I closed on the home quickly and with no hassles or worries and this was all done during pandemic times. When my mom's dementia got worse and finding I had to move her to a facility, again Christy was there to help me list and sell my home for a great profit. She even had a working crew who did any repairs or painting I needed before selling. I will always be grateful to her for helping with both situations and for being efficient and effective in her negotiations and skills as a realtor both times. I was so impressed and thankful I suggested to my neighbor John who lived in Summit Greens to use her services as he found the need to move also. Of course his home sold just as quick as mine and I would suggest using Southern Heritage Realty if ever you find the need to sell or purchase a home!
