I had rented from Miss Kay for about 3 years. She is one of the most kindest and caring individuals in her line of work. Whenever I needed anything she was there. She would go out of her way to help. If there was ever anything wrong with the unit she would send someone out right away. The credit application was quick and easy. I would recommend her and Southern Style Management to everyone.

I have been with Southern Style for many many years they were amazing when I first moved out to Florida in 2011 and its been a blessing! They are always there when you need them and very professional in everything that was done. If you didn't understand your lease or had any issues at your rental property they were right on top of it. If they need to fix anything Rob was always polite and such a great help! Thank you for everything you have done for me Kay and Catherine I will always send people your way because you all took great care of me like family and I appreciate it. I will truly miss you guys but I will pop in just to say hello and refer friends and family to you guys!

We've used Mrs. Kay and her company for 10 years now! Her and the staff are very friendly, responsive, and organized! We have never had any issues and definitely do not have any complaints! If anything is ever wrong we call it in and they call us back immediately and start working to fix the issue/problem. They all have been fantastic the last 10 years and look forward to continuing to use them for our home needs! I would recommend them to anyone.

Every one we dealt with was just super nice and helpful. We did our move with Southern Style remotely. They worked very fast to get us an approval. Had some issues right off the property. But the landlord was very fast at fixing Every issue 🙄. Very pleased with everything.

I know the owner and the owner says rent was owed and the pictures of the house were awful! I have known her personally and professionally for a few years and she has more integrity than anyone else I know. If she did call about the children she must have had a very good reason.

I can't believe the lengths this unprofessional woman Kay. Our lease is up, we are packing things, cleaning things up. Got a rental truck but won't get it for a few days after our lease. Yes, it may be an inconvenient situation. But calling DCF and bringing children that are not toys but have feelings and should not be pawns in a petty move cause you're mad! Literally lied!! By the way DCF knows that she lied cause the water was on. There is no signs of abuse, no signs of anything she listed. This disgusting woman brought unnecessary stress to my family. Used my grandkids and son as pawns. I will be taking this all the way up. Win or lose it will be in PRINT that she slander, emotional distress and down right bullying people she gets anger with. Kay you will be exposed and I will let anyone know that has kids how you are. It's the most disgusting behavior I have seen a so called professional to display. If anyone that works with you and knows this is how dirty you play and still puts their careers and their name under yours is seriously playing roulette as your career and business will suffer greatly for using children as PAWNS cause you my dear messed with the wrong grandma. I will have proof of your lies and disgusting actions. I will take this and make a report. I will go as far as I can with it in order to prevent another family to go through your wrath. I will also screen shot the report and this message to every single website with your business on it. I will follow you until people like you and you pay for your misuse of power. Disgusting behavior from an even more disgusting woman. I have ever met. Oh, let me add to her unprofessional behavior. Instead of coming by and sitting down like a professional. She pushes the door open, acting a damn fool, making threats of DCF, acting like a damn lunatic. Beware people, especially those with kids. Read the other reviews too. I'm not the only one experienced this.

We had our properties with these "ladies" and lost money every year. Horrible bookkeeping, didn't take pictures as renters came in or out, so we couldn't pursue small claims. Every renter they put in caused more damage than the security deposit covered. Horrible service, horrible renters, horrible experience.

Worst management company
Very deceitful.
They lie to your face.
Do not trust them
They kept more than 40% of rent deposit ($900) after contract ended for cleaning purposes.
The owner of the company is very manipulative.
Do not rent from this company
