James Flint was the most professional and hard working Realtor we have ever worked with. Our property was rather “unique” in that it was zoned commercial as well as residential. Although it was a a great property sometimes mixed use can be difficult. He suggested that we lease a couple of the units and he personally screened the tenants, making our property profitable. Within a couple weeks we had many offers and that resulted in a full asking price sale. I would highly recommend James and his colleague Brandt for any and all of your real estate needs.
