I can’t say enough! Jeanette was amazing. Thorough, consistent, available to show us homes whenever one popped up. She listened to what we wanted and when just the right home came up she got us in as soon as possible to see it. Once we had our offer accepted she walked us seemingly through the entire process. More than an agent: Jeanette knows Mount Dora and gets things DONE!

We fell in love with Mount Dora instantly and knew it was where we wanted to be. Then came the hard part: find the perfect house that had exactly what we were looking for.

Scouring the internet to find out who was going to help us make our dream a reality, one agent came up over and over: Jeanette Bokland. And wow was the internet right: Jeanette is outstanding! She knows the market, quickly gets to know her customers, and makes great connections.

Beyond helping us find the perfect house, Jeanette was at the ready to help us troubleshoot the inevitable bumps that happen buying a house. When an inspection revealed a fix needed, she had a qualified contractor out the next day. When we had a disconnect on our financing, she jumped in, and we had it resolved in minutes (even though it was late on a Friday). When we needed help with a minor project after we closed, she was on it and it was done that same day.

As you're deciding on an agent, it's so important to have someone who knows and is connected to the community, knows how to represent your interests, and has a commitment to helping you get where you want to be.
