Your receptionist reflects on your services. In this case she was the reason I decided not to proceed with scheduling an appointment. Maybe some sensitivity training would be good, or a new hire. Very brash and opinionated... I'd even say rude.
Could have been an off day, but she basically told me to go fly a kite when I was asking why they was so much paperwork to get started. 27 pages of paperwork isn't exactly "normal," so I was curious.

Relatable and professional. Very knowledgeable with n so many different modalities. What I really was impressed with is the immediate appointment I received after a crisis with my mom.

The first time I went to Stepping Stones over a year ago I was immediately relaxed. The atmosphere is very soothing and the personnel was kind and respectful. I would certainly suggest that if you are troubled with anything and need a professional this is the best place to go.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed of the service there. Back on September 2019 I made an appointment for November 2019, I was called the same day because the counselor was "very sick" then I was told that I was first in the list and they will call me for the next opening. I was called a day before to "confirm" the appointment which I never did but I cancelled what I had because it was very important for me to make it to the appointment. Again I was called the same day, 3 hours before the appointment because again, the counselor was "very sick".
I am very disappointed the way they cancel their appointments and how that don't have any other counselors to take new patients that has been trying to schedule since SEPTEMBER 2019!
This is unacceptable no, I don't recommend and not coming back there.

Upon arrival, the office is nicely decorated, quiet and makes you feel comfortable. The secretary and employees that I've seen have all been friendly and helpful, which is especially nice. Thank you!

Does not answer the phone or return missed phone calls. Supposedly is open at 9am but door is locked and lights are off.
