I just moved into a property managed by Structure and I absolutely love it! The apartment I moved into is literally across the street from the FSU campus which is super convenient and exactly what I was looking for. Also the apartment itself is great! It is by far the best place that I have ever moved to in Tallahassee. The management team at Structure has also been extremely helpful whenever I have had issues. Most new buildings (like the one I moved into) have some minor issues that are not noticeable until someone actually starts residing there. I had a problem that I wasn't sure could wait through the weekend which lead me to calling the emergency number and I then spoke with a representative. The representative notified the manager and within a few minutes I was able to verify that a professional will take care of it ASAP. This apartment is an overall fantastic upgrade from the student housing I was living in before and the management at Structure has been wonderful!

I have been a tenant for 3 months and I am a happy camper. ALL management companies have issues- but remember- the management company supports the tenants within the parameters provided by the owner of the property. My experience. I was driving down from NC to accept a position in Tallahassee. I found their property online while driving. I called them, they took my application over the phone- approved me- and met me the same day at the property to sign my lease. As a professional, I expect professional service and business professionals. The staff at Structure fit the criteria.

I recently moved into one of their new properties and it's been a breath of fresh air to say the least. My previous apartment was terrible with communication in general, especially with maintenance. It would take weeks to get an issue resolved. This isn't the case with Structure. They're on top of everything! The staff is very friendly and eager to help, especially Lisa! I am definitely planning to stay with them for the remainder of my college experience!

So far, we've been in our house for about a year. This house has not been without its problems. Between, all the rain, some issues with it being an older house and what not. But, I have to say every time we called Structure we received prompt and courteous service. They have bent over backwards to make sure that we were comfortable and the issues were resolved in as timely a manner as possible. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental.

Unprofessional. They will charge you bogus fees and the managers won't call you back to tell you what they are for until you bug the clueless people up front numerous times. They don't manage anything but the money and when you do have something that needs fixing you might as well call the homeowner. Not to mention they will start showing your home 6 months before your lease is up even before you've made a decision whether you are going to stay or not.

TERRIBLE experience living in a property managed by Structure. They took over management of the house I lived in mid-lease, and from the first day we reported issues that needed tending to quickly. Many of these requests were ignored, including a broken window(6ftx4ft) that was not only allowing our cold A/C to leave the house, but also allowed MANY bugs to enter the home. We reported the issue many times and they had several people come and check it out, all of them suggesting that the window be replaced immediately. After months of back and forth, they told us they would replace the window and put in a brand new one on JULY 30th when our lease end date was JULY 31st. DISRESPECTFUL. Will NEVER even consider living in a property managed by this company.
