My husband and I worked with Sue to sell our house and buy a new home last spring. We had the greatest experience! She was knowledgeable in both buying and selling homes, kind and patient. She was always available to take our phone calls and answer any questions we had. She met with us prior to listing our home on the market and reviewed the open house process. Our open house was the first day our home was on the market and we got SEVEN offers In the first day, which gave us the opportunity to sell our home over our asking price!! Since we were able to sell our home quickly, Sue gave us (what felt like) her undivided attention to help us find our next house. She helped us narrow down our search tailored to what we were looking for, and were able to find the home of our dreams within. Few short weeks! She was present through the entire buying process and even asked some questions to the seller that my husband and I didn’t even think of. She made sure we felt reassured and comfortable throughout the entire process.. it’s a shame we wont be working with her soon, but she found us an amazing home!
