I have worked with (and been ignored by) several rental agencies over the years. I have yet to find a more knowledgeable, attentive and caring team than Suncoast. We haven’t found the perfect spot just yet, but Janelle and the rest of the Suncoast group have been diligent and a pleasure to work with. Pamela Parrino and team at Suncoast Buying and Selling are extremely responsive and know what they are doing! They are very professional and experienced. Nikki, Carmen, and John make sure it gets done. I was wanting to purchase in the Sarasota, Venice area and found Lakewood Ranch which was ideal for it's proximity to Sarasota and the amenities and golf courses/club are beautiful. I'm an out of state buyer/investor. At the recommendation of a friend I hired Suncoast Leasing and Management and they have looked after all the details including finding tenants, managing the turnovers, inspecting the condo and making sure both myself and the renters are 100% happy.
