Stay away from this people they don't care about anything and they don't like to fix anything. I rented a commercial property from them and i put a lot of money in to this property. I pay my rent on time for over 5 years , and they decided to sell the property without giving me any notice,and they lie to me about my lease telling me that i had a lease and i did not .They sent me the lease renewal forms which i signed and mailed before my lease expired,and they never answer me , even when i asked a few times for my lease they didn't say anything, almost 2 months after the lease expired they sold the property and the new owner told me that they didn't give him a lease and for that reason i have to paid him over 70% more of the amount that i was paying before. The property manager Michele Boyd told me not to worry, because the new owner already singed my lease and that was BS.

Run away, RUN AWAY!!! Horrible . Read the lease!!!
You are responsible for everything except for the roof and walls. The original windows on my building\unit were installed improperly before I rented. This led to the leak traveling around the office wall tile. When discovered mold had ruined the bottom of all the drywall. It was reported and we made the repairs ourself as they did not respond. Documented with photos. Thet refused to compensate us and all we wanted was materials! They said..." Read your lease"...
Added a CAM fee and then made very little attempt to maintain the building and when they did it was with the cheapest mayerials and labor possible.
So...RUN!!!

Worst company I have ever rented from
They don't fix anything at all
My shop is surrounded by boat park in the road. Can move the company pump truck in and out of the parking lot at any time of the day. One of the boat company does a lot of fiberglass work with out the proper ventilation system so when you go out side of my office I'm in fiberglass floating in the air in the parking lot. This is Very unhealthy and the EPA have laws on this both federal and state. Linda the rental agent is the worst I have ever seen
There is also no cell phone service even with a booster so the owner of the company can not make business phone calls
When we made Sunizo awear of all this two days after we signed the lease they did not care we let them know this would effect the business in a bad they still did not care
These people have also change the company name because they have A bad reputation
These people are criminals I would not rent from them ever again
