Christy was such a joy to work with! We were not sure we wanted to go down the road of buying a home , but once we told her our goal was to become home owners she supported us and did whatever she could to get us there! She helped turn us from Tenants on 16 years into first time home owners! She made the experience very enjoyable during a very stressful time and helped us pick out the perfect home! She was always there to answer our questions and ease our concerns. My four kiddos loved seeing her and loved looking at houses and even learned how to spot the lock boxes 🙂 if you want someone who is supportive of your goals and wants the best for you, I would use her again in a heartbeat!

Having used Christy's property management services for our own rentals I can confidently say that she is amazing at what she does! She has always been quick to respond to all our requests and is great at communicating with all of our tenants. Her pricing has always been very fair and upfront compared to other property managers that we used in the past that wanted to nickel and dime you for everything. I couldn't recommend Christy and Superior Property Management any more to anyone seeking property management services. You won't be disappointed!

Christy helped me find amazing tenants. She has in depth knowledge and a great sense for wants and needs of each individual person. She is professional, kind, and did an outstanding job walking me through the entire process. I highly recommend her to all of the new investors I meet. Based on reading the reviews people who own properties seem to like Christy and say she is responsive but from a tenant standpoint she is the worst I have had to deal with. She is very unresponsive to tenant emails or texts and seems very unorganized. From the start, we were accused of not paying rent for the first two months in a row we lived in the property even though we had paid it through her online portal. In addition, we had a owner that had acess to the shop on the property and there were times where we wouldn't get any notice he was coming. If we did get notice, it was late the night before when he was coming the next morning. Not enough time to make arrangements for the dogs and for sure not the 24 hours required. In fact, one time I had to leave a job and come home to move a trailer I had parked infront of the gate so the owner could access the shop because we weren't given any notice he was coming. I should have told him to come back another time when we had notice but it wasn't his fault we didnt know because he had told Christy. Her quarterly inspections (Which i hate as a tenant. I have never rented a property before where I was subject to quarterly inspections even as a college student.) are more of a way of spying on tenants then anything. Following our first quarterly "maintenance" inspection I noticed the furnace wasn't working very well. I investigated and discovered the filter was completely plugged on the furnace. So about a week after a so called maintenance inspection had been done I had to change the furnace filter so we could stay warm. Furthermore, the filter looked like it hadn't been changed in quite a while and we had only lived there for 3 months. Move in maintenance is also apparently lacking. I don't mind changing a furnace filter but if you're going to subject me to inspections I better not have to touch a thing maintenance wise. On another inspection my wife got a call at work asking her where the furnace even was because they couldn't figure it out, not the most qualified people doing these inspections. Atleast that time they were trying to find it. There was also a fire alarm in the garage beeping from low battery for atleast two of the inspections that was never touched leading me to believe these inspections are more of a spy game then a maintenance thing. Finally, on move out, Christy was very unresponsive to any emails we sent her on the status of our deposit and essentially ghosted us for two months. Wyoming gives landlords 60 days following move out to return the deposit or provide a list of itemized deductions and as of the time I am writing this review it as been 64 days and my deposit isn't in my account yet. We did however, receive an email that our deposit is being processed to be in our account in 3-5 buisness days on day 58 but the only reason that happened was because on day 57 I sent a not so nice email threatening legal action if we didnt get it back within the 60 day legal timeframe (which i will note technically she is outside of). Christy may be great from an owner standpoint but she treats her tenants like dogs and I don't forsee any properties she manages as having any long term tenants if she treats them the way we got treated. We only lived in this rental for a year. This management company is the sole reason we moved out and we decided that about 4 months into our time dealing with Christy. So owner beware if you want long term tenants i dont think this is the management option for you. I know I will not be renting another one of her properties.

Christy is a very sweet person to talk with and patient as well. We are very happy with our new home that we have leased with her. I would definitely consider using her in the future when we decide to buy instead of leasing. We had a few bumps in the road but Christy helped us figure it all out! Definitely consider giving her a call.

Christy was very professional and very thorough when showing us houses. She has great insight and input as to what we were looking for. After we decided on a property she set up everything needed for a quick closing (inspection, title company, etc). Working with Christy was a great experience considering how stressful the process can be.
