Thank you so much Tracy and the staff. Where amazing and the owner of the property was so amazing. I would recommend this rental place to anyone. I've been with them a little over a year and I just moved out. And I didn't have any problems with this place. And the most important thing is I return the property the same way I got it. And I appreciate the opportunity to rent from you guys. I hope you continue to work with great tenants like us.

Worst property management ever. When we moved in it wasn't painted, the rental lock stayed on the door a while after we moved in. When we moved out I cleaned the whole place. They didn't give me my security deposit back cause it wasn't painted ummmm you never painted before we moved and and you expect me to do it. I wouldn't rent anything from them I want my security back I will leave feedback until I do. They just wanted my money.

My family has been dealing with Superior Property Management for a little over 4 years and we are very pleased. Tracey, Tammy and the staff are very friendly and professional. Any concerns or minor issues at the property have been addressed and resolved quickly with little or no time delay. We are very happy and look forward to continuing our relationship with Tracey and Superior Property Management for a long time.

Stayed there lil over 2 years and they never gave me a hard time. Was very understanding with any safety concerns I had for my toddler, they always came out and took care of it.

Great Customer Service! You can tell that they want to help to meet your needs. That's a plus when you are dealing with so much already.

I filled out an application and told them when I needed to move ( by the 24th) They told me it took two days. This was on a Thursday. They were closed the following Monday and didn’t bother to tell me. I had to go into the office on Tuesday before lunch and ask questions. I was told the property owner was out of town and they had to wait for him for a answer. I asked why did they take a application fee from me if the owner was out of town and they said they didn’t know he was leaving. I feel like they took my money knowing they did not want to rent to me for some biased reason. I would NEVER advise anyone to do business with these people. If I could I would give a negative because no stars are deserved. It’s time someone report them to the proper authorities. Me

I have been with Tracy Crews and Superior for a long time and have never had any problems with them or there staff. They will always fix anything that needs fixing as fast as possible and I have referred many people to them. The ladies in the office are as nice as can be. So it really shocks me to see these negative comments. I love you ladies keep up the good work.
