Be careful. Renter friendly? After making our deposit service was minimal to say the least. Be sure to take pictures when you leave to show the unit is just as clean as when you came to avoid unexpected changes.

We own a home that we rent out in Port Charlotte. Tall Pines Realty and Rentals has been managing the rental of our house ever since we bought it 6 years ago. Our house is in a HOA which involves extra managing when renting out, and they have always handled all of the details perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy, Danielle and their team. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I always know that they are going to handle everything in the best possible way. We have always had the best renters that take very good care of our house. And we always get a very fair rental price for our house. Jeremy, Danielle and team are very respectful toward us and the renters and are able to keep everyone happy! We live out of state and it gives us peace of mind to know that everything is always taken care of, especially since we can't physically be there to oversee. They keep their word, if they tell you something, that's how it will be! If you are a homeowner looking for a rental management company, go with Tall Pines and you won't be disappointed!!!

I cant thank Danielle and Jeremy enough for the help they have done with my real estate purchases. They are honest and direct to the point. All the realtors and staff at tall pines have been courteous, prompt, and very accommodating to my needs. Anytime a tenant has a needed or a repair, Veronica and Danielle are right on the job fixing all issues and making sure the tenants are taken care of and happy. We had a contract for a seasonal rental, a home for 2 months, and the deal fell through. Because it was late to be looking for another rental, we were not having much luck. We were fortunate enough to contact Tall Pines Property Mgt. and they found us 2 great properties. Danielle and her staff were phenomenal to work with and I would recommend them with the highest confidence.
We would go through them again but there is a second part to this great experience. While we were in Florida we were searching for a home. We worked with Jeremy Jones and through his diligence and the best customer service, we found our dream home. Completely enjoyed working with Tall Pines Realty. Dana and Danielle were exceptional in how they took a personal interest in my unique situation. I was moving to the area and needed to find a place to live that accepted pets. Dana personally contacted the owner and I was able to see the unit immediately. Danielle helped me with all the necessary paperwork as this was my first time renting and needed assistance. She really helped me navigate thru the process and I was able to get approved for my new condo! So happy with their excellent customer service. Also the fact that they communicated with me and kept me up to date on a regular basis was so important it made my overall experience so much better.I highly recommend them as a rental / property management agency.

We recently purchased a new build home. We had a very quick close (less than 30 days), and we paid $590,000 in cash.

We expressed to our Realtor (prior to and during our walk through), that there were several minor issues with the home - we were assured by the Realtor that he would contact the Builder and he would make sure everything would be fixed. He also explained things were taking longer because of Covid.

Initially our Realtor was very responsive prior to the closing. Once the Realtor had our money, communication was almost non-existent. The items that needed repair were ignored. We tried on numerous occasions to contact the Realtor (via phone, text, and email) - crickets! Since we had no response from him we reached out to the owner Jeremy (also via phone and email). Jeremy apparently was too busy to personally return our phone calls or email, and rather had his Secretary respond.

The bottom line - our Realtor mislead us on several items. Furthermore our Realtor acted in an unprofessional and unethical manor as he provided us information and coached us on exactly what the Builder (whom he represented) would take. There was additional confidential information we received (in an email from him) that we should not have been privy to.

The final insult - not a verbal or written thank you or show of any appreciation from either our Realtor and/or Tall Pines Realty. Apparently, because the market is so hot, Tall Pines does not value or appreciate qualified cash buyers or buyers of any kind.

A couple of months ago we switched property management of our rental property to Tall Pines Rentals. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They provided us the help we needed to turn our place into a more desirable rental for this area and found us some amazing renters.
We actually are getting so much more rent than we thought possible.
I highly recommend using their services whether you are looking for a place to rent or have a property that needs GREAT management!!!!!!
