From the start this has been a great renting experience! The application process was made easy by the professional leasing staff. The management and maintenance staff continues to strive for the best for all the residents of Talus Flats! Since joining the management team, Raven has proven that she wants the best for all the residents and addresses concerns quickly. When choosing to rent in Castle Rock this has definitely been a great choice!

Five stars for Brittney and for Talus flat apartments. We toured about five different properties in Castle rock, Talus being one of the first and we knew we had to lease her because it just felt like home. The area is quiet and there is lots to do. Brittney gave us such a great tour and showed us what was in the area.
We leased the following day and moved in two weeks later. Our move in process was great and she really went above and beyond to insure our move in was fast and easy.

Brittney is truly a Gem and our apartment and the property is so homey and beautiful. It’s no wonder they have such great reviews and positive feedback.

Everything that could go wrong did go wrong and at the end of every conversation she had me smiling and confident. Everyone here at Talus Flats had been very nice. I can honestly say that my husband and I renewed our lease for the staff. Haley and Brittney are the literal best!! They are always kind and understanding with any issue we have had. But my favorite is that they always interact friendly with my toddler and entertain her when she comes to say hi! I know were not the only ones to visit the office just to say hi either; as I often see moms and their tots just visiting. They really help make it feel welcoming to families.
Id really love to see them add a playground or kid focused area as they expand. These apartments are gorgeous with wonderful amenities! The only complaint we've found is that our downstairs neighbor HATES us because they can hear my toddler running.

Talus Flats has been the best place to live for family and community, well maintained with great housekeeping and with a very professional and friendly staff. Haley has done a wonderful job with not only keeping the building a very safe place to live, but she is very welcoming to the community and is a positive leader that keeps the community very happy. Ever since I moved in Brittany at the front has been working extremely hard and shows the most welcoming smile and positive attitude that has been so great for this building. She has made sure it is very welcoming and loves to help out with residents right away, including myself with issues or with questions we as a community have. Talus Flats also has a great pet community with big or small dogs, with dog treats at the front desk, a small dog park, and dog waste trash bins throughout the outside of the building. Always keeping the bags stocked and the bins managed. This is a very good place to live with a jacuzzi, bbq, gym, private office and reck area with pool table and other games. There is also a restaurant/ sports bar just right downstairs with a great atmosphere and great food. Hayley and Brittany also makes sure to set up events for the community to meet your neighbors and welcome you to the community. I personally love living here and just signed another lease with reasonable prices and beautiful apartments. Thank you so much Talus Flats Staff for keeping this a very safe, comfortable, clean and exciting friendly place to live!

My husband received a job offer that will require relocating to Castle Rock, so we are in the market for apartment hunting. Talus Flats was the third complex we looked at and I can’t express enough how wonderful the experience was to tour the property. Hayley was the best when it came to our questions and concerns and you could tell that she genuinely loved the area and knew all the places in the neighborhood to check it once we settle in. As for the property itself, it’s beautiful with a breathtaking view to boot! With the combination of modern sleek apartments and what seems like a caring, professional and personable staff, I think we will be happy to call TF our home very soon.

Brittany is absolutely wonderful. I am looking for a new apartment, I've checked out several in the area, but no one whom I spoke to was as kind, transparent, and informative as she was. I had a very difficult situation and a very short time frame for when I needed to move in. The staff at Talus Flats Brittany and Hayley in particular made my life a whole lot easier. They helped my friend and I move into our first place on our own. They told us all of the procedures ahead of time so there were no surprises and we were able to be very prepared. They are also the most welcoming people I've ever met. My friend and I are extremely proud to call Talus Flats HOME!!!
