They provided me with great service from the start, the consultation was very informative, I was given great understanding on the process right from the start. After the consultation and moving forward with my case, Stephanie Marcuccella helped me the rest of the way. I was trying to get some assistance from the IRS but was on hold for over 2 hours. I went to the IRS website & it is very frustrating for a senior citizen like me to navigate. I was so frustrated by this time & was crying because all I wanted to do was pay my tax bill by credit card & the IRS website is NOT senior friendly. Best tax service we could ever imagined! Helped my husband through some very rough times and were there through thick and thin! While skeptical about dealing with my tax issue with IRS directly, I searched around and landed on Tax Law Advocates. I initially felt that I knew that the tax forgiveness act that was swimming all over the media was going to be a sure bet for me. Turns out, tax forgiveness wasn't explained in a way where it made sense. Fortunately, I had Bryant Perez of TLA, who, all I had to do was ask a question and he would find the answers for me. My debt to me was earth shattering and Bryant was always encouraging me to make sure I submitted the necessary documentation on time and to always look out for his emails. Bryant was diligent in making sure that my documents were submitted and that I would get the best deal possible when dealing with the IRS. If you do choose TLA, make sure you get Bryant Perez.
