The worst and regretted ever renting a home with this company I called to break my lease due to domestic violence at that point I didn't feel safe to live where I stayed and I was told I can void charges all I needed to pay is what I owe I called so they can put that on paper for proof but all every agent I spoke to kept ignoring my demands i even had my own mother call and they told her the same. I kept hearing different responses from different agents but no resolution in the end they overcharged me for damages that came with the house damages i reported in their portal way before i cut my lease off the only damage me and family made were the blinds and the stains on the wall even then I reported mold growing on the ceilings , the doors coming apart the stove coming apart ,house leakage , and more it was all submitted in their portal for them to fix before I broke the lease and as soon as I cut my lease they took down all the proof I needed of documentation and reports that I submitted and overcharged my credit account I see why certain tenants give them hell during the inspections an when they send someone to come see what the house is worth report everything that needs to be reported about the places they put up for rent.

She represented the seller and myself the buyers- Judy was very communicative and on the ball through the entire transaction. She was always a phone call away from contract to close and worked with the sellers and title company to ensure a smooth closing for everyone.
