We had the pleasure of working with Michelle Haywood. She was prompt in reaching out to us and setting up a meeting to go into details. She was nice and genuine. She wasn’t pushy or abrasive. She handled the sale of our home with so much professionalism. As soon as we were ready to list she was on it. She was accommodating and she also gave us her professional input. We appreciated her throughout this whole process because she had great communication with us and understood exactly what we needed. I felt like she was always on the same page with us and I didn’t feel like she was pushing any forced decisions on us. Throughout the process I felt she was so thorough and a great person to have on our side. She was friendly and professional and did a great job listing and selling our home.

We sold our houses in Temecula remotely and Michelle H. from team Forss did a great job. Michelle is very knowledgeable and professional. We benefited from her rich experiences. She helped take care of everything to prepare our rental properties before marketing. For example, she inspected the house and got the quotes for repairs. Michelle even had her gardener taking care of the front yard while my gardener was away. She communicated clearly and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about Lisa Forss and her team! I'm so glad I chose Forss Realty Group to sell our house. Their knowledge and experience, combined with their patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process.
