We recently sold a property with the Team Sweasey in San Luis Obispo, the whole process went super smooth. A lot of the communication was performed using Zoom and Docusign, though the team was always a phone call away. Our first buyer dropped out at the last minute, Hal had a new buyer onboard the next morning, who closed fifteen days later. Hal Sweazy will be our go-to realtor in the future.

Our experience with Team Sweasey was nothing short of excellent. Our house sat on the market for six months without any serious offers. We couldn’t understand why. It was an immaculate place in excellent condition. Everyone that saw the house loved the house, but we got no serious offers, and our listing expired without our house being sold. That all changed when we listed it with Team Sweasey just one month later at a higher asking price. Team Sweasey was totally confident they would have our house sold quickly. Sure enough, the 1st day on the market, we got two full price offers with several other people interested. A couple of days later we got additional offers, one of them above our new higher asking price and we accepted it. The communication with Team Sweasey was unbelievable. We were informed and advised every step of the way. It's rare to see this kind of service. This team is off the charts amazing. From the time I received their cold call to relist my house through the entire process, this team was on top of it.
