Terr-Ann was always pleasant and fantastic to work with during the prepping and final sell of my father’s house. Her timely communication with text, emails or inperson were all real time and very helpful.
She guided us though the process of making decisions, like sell the house as is, or bring the house into move in condition. She had many pertinent recommendations on color choices, modifications to bathrooms, kitchens and the other rooms, including light fixtures, plumbing fixtures and colors for the interior and exterior of the house. All of these recommendations definitely helped us get the right price for the house and to be able to sell the house in a timely manner. Her staging of the house was simple but made it feel very warm, spacious and inviting.
When issues arose Terr-Ann was always there to give some guidance based on her experience.
