We just completed our second home sale with Skip Murphy of The Address Realty. We couldn't be more satisfied with the service and professionalism. The photography of our property and the descriptions were outstanding, including the descriptive ariel shots with his drone. The fees are considerably lower than the standard Realty Agencies' fees. Skip was a great choice for me when I was selling my house in Lake California!! He was always willing to answer questions and give me updates by phone or by email. The pictures of my house were great and I needed my adult children involved which he graciously included. For a while, they were the ones with whom he dealt and they felt completely included. I have used Skip two times in selling houses. My close friend used him two times as well. He makes awesome videos of the houses and incudes lots of still shots. He talked me through several options which I did not understand, he is thorough, capable, and also has a great personality, easy to work with. I sold the last house through telephone correspondence and computer stuff only. Skip made sure work was done properly prior to sale.
