Best agent ever! Look no further! Let me start by saying, I have moved four times due to work relocation. Andrew has been the absolute best agent I’ve worked with. He knows the business inside and out, knows how to guide you with negotiations, actually listens to what you are looking for and stays with you during the whole process. He has developed tons of relationships with contractors, banks, insurance agents and attorneys and provides you with choices if needed. I’m currently living on the west coast, there is a three hour time difference, but Andrew always got back to me within a short amount of time. I would say the thing I enjoyed most about working with Andrew was his ability to communicate and keep me informed during the entire process. Even if he couldn’t provide an answer right away, he would always give me a timeframe for when he would get back to me.
I highly recommend Andrew Burr, you don’t have to look any further!

Andrew Burr is Your RE GUY! Andrew was recommended to us by a family member. He helped him successfully sell a couple properties. When we needed to sell our home in Florida to move out of state, Andrew was with us every step of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. Andrew was always direct and honest whenever we had tough questions. He made our very empty home look amazing online with great photography and video. The house sold in just under one month. A FULL SERVICE Realtor with the Market Knowledge and Insight I HIGHLY VALUE!
I have had the pleasure of buying or selling 4-5 homes with Andrew since moving to S. Florida many years ago and the reason I keep returning to him is while there are plenty of knowledgeable agents out there, I have never found one that truly cares about me as a client and what a prospective new home means for me versus having commission on his mind. Don't get me wrong, as a seller's agent, he's worth every penny too, but as a buyer's agent, I have never found someone who comes close to covering the full spectrum of the buying experience from the right neighborhoods, investment potential, quality of schools, vision for work on a house that may not be exactly what I want Day 1, helping with the mortgage, insurance, appraisal, etc. You name it and Andrew takes ownership of managing every aspect of what is often a stressful, daunting process. I could not recommend Andrew more with zero hesitation!

Nobody Better! Andrew Burr and his amazing team did the most phenomenal job selling my condo. We were met with so many obstacles from the Condo Association board it was crazy, but Andrew went to battle to make my experience and sale a huge success!
