This hoa sucks and deserves a negative 0. They have not plowed Nevada Place Condominiums today and people can’t even get into their parking spaces because of all the snow. I almost fell three times. They do nothing and the stairs and parking lot has issues and they don’t even deal with it. I hope that they are enjoying drinking their cocktails in their luxurious homes while they let this place go to the dumps! I will be contacting a lawyer in regards to this!

I have lived here for over 8 years and have seen this place go downhill. They're ALWAYS making excuses and never resolve the issues that people bring up at their board meetings which are a total waste of time. Whenever I try to call the office NOBODY answers and if they do, it's usually Barbara and she's so RUDE and has an I DON'T CARE attitude. They charge us a lot of money for doing NOTHING.

WORSE HOA!! Have an " I dont care attitude" towards homeowners!! Hateful office staff, mainly Barbarba. Nasty attitude when we have had to call. Never have had an issue that was ever resolved. Must HATE HER JOB. (Probably cant find another that would hire her). Property is falling apart. And yet they raise our HOA fees. Cant wait to move.!!! Hate living here.

I have nothing but great experiences with Chase Group. I believe the lady’s name is Dawn but I have spoken to her numerous times and she is so kind and happy to help me. Every time we have had an issue that involves them they come out that same day. Their responsiveness and caring do not go unnoticed.

I own a unit in an aging condo community in the Green Mountain area of Lakewood (built in 1974). I in the past 8 years or so it had fallen into severe disrepair due to a disastrous attempt at self-management by an inept and then crooked board followed by contracts with two truly awful management companies (Zaikin & Co and Associa Colorado), who did nothing but take vast quantities of our money. It was our good fortune to discover The Chase Group and to persuade David to take our community under his care in January, 2019. Their in-house maintenance crew do excellent work, the contractors David uses and/or has hired for lawn care, painting, plumbing, snow removal etc are top flight. The Chase Group took over less than two years ago and the results have been nothing short of miraculous! I honestly believe the the folks giving the negative reviews are likely to be the types who don't leash their dogs, leave junk furniture etc around the dumpsters and then get mad when they're fined.
Great community managers are few and far between, and the Chase Group is one of the very few! We're lucky to have them.

This is a very very poor OOA company, cut rate maintenance that cant even afford professional no parking signs looks like painted by my elementry school kid. They tow cars if there is a threat of a 1" of snow. Even though they dont plow they will tow you. No empathy what so ever. Walks not shovelled till well after a storm. Very dangerous ice build ups. A person has to call them they will not return you call. OWNER AND RENTER BEWARE.........

Chase does a good job managing their properties. If you follow the rules you won’t have any issues.
