Jamie is absolutely AMAZINNG! I will never use another Realtor in the Citrus County area. This was a second home and we were often away when it was shown. She kept in constant contact and let us know every word of the feedback that she received. There was a ton of traffic and she never left us in the dark. We knew what to expect at every step of the process. When we received multiple offers, she guided us to which would suit us best. If you are buying or selling... don't go with anyone else! She is the best of the best!

We worked with Jamie, who was raised locally so she knows a lot about the different locations. Big plus! She absorbed our LONG list of wants and did a great job of digging into details about the candidate properties. We changed directions many times, and Jamie adapted. She got to know us and our personalities and pointed out features in homes that matched us. She responded to questions fast and found out from others when she did not know, never guessing or making up answers (a peeve of ours). Each time we felt like we were changing our minds and taking too much time, she assured us that was part of this job she loves. Jamie's candid, laid-back, knowledgeable style was a game-changer for us. We ended up with a nearly perfect property and great memories of the shopping/buying experience.

This house has been listed for at least 3 months now. In a time where houses are selling at lightening speed, this house was listed at 181k to start with, then removed and resisted at 199k then reduced to 192k. It is less than 1,000 square feet.
Does the Holloway Group not know the meaning of Curb Appeal?

The Holloway Group took care of us like family. Hands down. A wonderful American small business that is a flagship jewel in Florida’s crown.

Background: When we moved to Florida we were set to close on a house days after arriving (through another realtor) but it fell through at the last minute … I mean *while* we were driving. We were broken hearted but needed a place. We took a drive one day and found a really nice place for sale. We hopped out of the car and looked at it and the neighbor was kind and said she could reach out to a realtor for us. Jamie from The Holloway Group dropped EVERYTHING and drove up within minutes! She was relentless and nonstop, and was DETERMINED to get us into an incredible house and within weeks we got a gorgeous home with everything we wanted and more.

Everyone we dealt with who was associated with The Holloway Group was awesome. These are GOOD Florida people with a soul who get their clients what they need.

I have rented a house from Kathi Anderson-Moore when I first moved to FL, 7 years ago. She was extremely helpful, and very sweet. I liked her so much that I stayed with her when she moved to the Holloway Group, and rented a second house from her.
