Wow, the Lawrence Group!! I can't say enough about them. My expectations were exceeded in every way. It all starts with Cassie Allison who thoughtfully questioned me about my wants and needs. Its then her job to pair me up with someone who fits my personality. She did a great job.

Enter Brandon Sheffield-- The thing that stands out most about Brandon is he loves his job. Brandon had his hands full with me because i wasn't super familiar with the area. All I knew was I wanted to move from Maryland to Florida. I told him i wanted a little bit of land and some privacy. We narrowed it down from there.

On our first meeting he took me all over the Panhandle. We literally drove for hours. We started early in Milton then Crestview, Defuniak Springs all the way to Ponce De Leon.
This was huge for me as it gave me the lay of the land.

As we visited homes I was impressed with his ability to point out flaws in some of the houses that my untrained eye didn't notice. This undoubtedly saved me money and a headache down the road.

I wasnt in any hurry to make a decision on buying a house. I wanted to be extremely patient and diligent. Brandon matched my energy and i never felt rushed into making a decision.

My trip to Florida eventually ended and from there we worked remotely. He would email me weekly on homes that checked my boxes, and upon my request go visit homes to give me video tours.

We eventually found my dream home. I got everything i wanted. The best part is the home appraised for significantly more than we bought it for. Instant Equity. Gotta love that!!

The whole process was seamless. As i have no contacts in Florida the Lawrence Group provided me with multiple contacts and options for insurance and lenders. i was happy with everyone that was recommended. My experience was great and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone involved.
