Charlene is highly recommended if you are looking to sell your home. Not only was she knowledgeable but she answered all my questions, no matter how small they were. Every time I reached out to Charlene, she immediately responded. The communication was great. Even if there wasn't any new information, she would reach out and share what she had been doing to find me the perfect buyer. The exposure to my home was far reaching. Von embodies all the qualities you need in a realtor, for this market, the Delmarva Peninsula.
Von worked tirelessly for us as out of state buyers (1st time at that!) navigating the difficult waters of FHA guidelines and working with the seller, listing agent, and our lender; juggling all these responsibilities and seamlessly putting us in our home before our critical "first day on the job" began. Von always sensed our urgency and our expectations of what we needed in a property. He excelled where lesser realtors failed (with): superior communication, negotiating skills and ultimately listening skills as he fought to get us the right property at the right price.
At times we felt as if we were his only clients, far from the truth that, as he gave us his unyielding attention and care every step of the way on this arduous journey. Ultimately, it was his never give up attitude that fueled the engine that allowed us to win this race in a seller's market.

Most people would consider 2021 as quite possibly one of the worst times to purchase their first home…Prior to meeting Brandon Brittingham I would say the search for our first home was pure chaos…HOWEVER, Brandon took what seemed like an impossible situation and far exceeded any expectation we had going into this process. Not only did he find a home for us in our price range, he found it in our ideal location, less than 5 minutes away from my work he ALSO presented us with the opportunity to more or less custom build our first home from the ground up. Brandon was representing the Sellers of a property we were looking to buy. The property was very unique, built in the 1700's and needed a lot of hurdles to overcome in order to secure financing among other things. Though he wasn't working for us, Brandon stepped up and went way above and beyond what would be expected of a Realtor during the process to help the Sellers get this property sold and allow us to close on the property. My husband and I met Matthew Olson approximately a year and a half ago through one of his colleagues, Daniel Kim. We currently live in Arizona and decided to relocate to the eastern shore, Maryland. Throughout the year, Matthew shared many houses we may be interested in, however, the houses were not the "one". Matthew did not waver during that year looking for the right house for us and finally we found the house that was perfect for us, this was the "one"!
