My family members have lived at The Oaks Apartment complex for almost two years. Living there is like a small tight community, the complex has various events from time to time, things for kids to do, serving variety of different types of foods and activities for the kiddos. If something in their apartment needs to be fixed maintenance is there quickly to fix it. The ladies that work in the office are always nice and kind and take care of business. If your looking for a place to call home you should consider contacting the office for more information.

Leaving a review because I noticed there are none! My wife and I just moved to DE to pursue our career, and were slightly skeptical to tour this place since there were no reviews. Let me put your mind at ease. We have only been here a short time, but so far we are positive we made the right call. The Oaks is beautiful. Very clean, practically brand new. So far no issues with parking, can always see my car from my window and balcony. Hear very little out of the neighbors (it is an apartment, you're bound to hear each other at times). Nick, the property manager, is a professional and knowledgeable guy who is good at his job. Very quite area, I feel very safe here. Far nicer than Mapleton square that wanted to charge us more money for a worse apartment. Again, we have only been here a short time so I will update the review if any issues arise, although we aren't expecting many. Come take a tour! You'll be glad you did.

The customer services is excellent from both the Property Manager and the Property Assistant. The process to apply is very user-friendly. If you're looking for a quiet place to live, I recommend The Oaks in Georgetown.

Dontae or however you spell his name is very rude and unprofessional. Every single time I call to ask about an apartment. He’s very very nasty to me. I’m not the only one who has said this! I don’t know I get the vibe that he may be holds apartments for his own people or something I don’t know, but it’s just so unprofessional and rude and I never get anyone else on the phone just him. Working with the public definitely isn’t for everyone!
