We only have great things to say about the O'Flaherty team. We met Alan Spiro back in March and by April we were already closing on a house that was the perfect fit for us.

They were never pushy, we have had bad experiences in the past with other realtors with whom we felt we were running after their agenda and not after what we really needed.

During the whole process Alan and the team guided us and were super responsive, always on top of anything that was happening: if we detected a problem, the problem was solved before I was going to make the aware of it, that's how fast they are. They not only showed us they are good professionals but they also showed that they are good people who care about the others and not only about the business. Even John O'Flaherty showed up twice at the house to talk with us and see how things were going, and had follow up calls with me even after we moved to the house.

Great experience, I will happily sell or buy a house again in the future with Alan, John and team!
