If I could give 0 stars I would, my fiance currently has an apartment there (needs it part time for work) we didn’t want anything expensive or flashy, just convenient. And we are EASY tenants, clean, quiet, keep to ourselves, and never complain….until. The bathroom has flooded too many time to count, the ceiling fan burst into a ball of flames and fell to the ground (nearly missing my fiance) and left the toilet seat melted, and the heat stopped working (they brought a small space heater). For people that don’t complain and require almost nothing, the way this has been handled is absolutely insane. No urgency, barely an apology, and no mention of a different unit or reimbursement in rent. Disgusting. Never live here.

So far my experience has been good. This review is based on my initial impressions and the help I received from Jacob and Stacey for the renting process. Both were great with helping me find the apartment that best fits me. The grounds of the apartment are nice and it's close to shopping. It's also nice to know that they are renovating and updating the apartments. Manchester is a nice area. I am looking forward to moving in soon.

Great service by Stefano, he was so kind and efficient. He was willing to go the extra steps and made sure we were completely satisfied with his work. Although he came to change a lightbulb, 15 ft up, he found it to a problem with the switch and quickly made the repair.
Also, a thank you to Jake, who was able to get the repair scheduled quickly.

Hector and the maintenance manager were very professional, personable and pleasant. They responded quickly to all my requests and recently fixed a minor issue with my newly installed AC unit that was making an unusual clicking sound. Thanks again, guys!!!!!

Overall, the Pavilions is a VERY nice community. NO trash or garbage on the compound. Compound is always kept clean. It's seems to be a very safe community so far. I moved into my unit 4 months ago and I LOVE it so far. Very quiet and nice. My only issue is that if some tenants would stop placing their garage out in the hallway for stuff to drain out the garage bags, we would have much cleaner hallways. I have seen other reviews about how the hallways are kept dirty. The hallways are dirty because of nasty tenants unfortunately. Hopefully these tenants will be fined for leaving their garbage out in the hallways that causes a mess. Management should place cameras in the hallways and monitor them to see who the nasty folks are messing up the hallways.

I've been living in block 35 for more than a year.
As said and known, @The Pavilions
1. They are expensive compared to the other apartment with similar facility and the renewal is costly too
2. The room sizes are small
3. Yes the doors aren't sealed enough for the weather
4. They don't clean the breezeway regularly
5. The office responds rude sometimes and most of the times
6. Sound carries too much
7. Few apartments have mold issues and not sure if it's treated completely
8. There have been few incidents inside the apartment complex and to mention a few are daylight incidents.
9. Yes, you get to lose few packages or packages being delivered at the wrong doors..
10. Dog park is good.. would have been great if they had a children's park or playarea inside the community.
11. They take a long time for the move-out statement and to send you the check (just incase you are lucky to get some amount from your security deposit)

Inspite of all the above mentioned

1. The maintenance team responds and handles the issues at the earliest
2. They just run behind the snow and handle it well.. Snow plows, brine trucks work round the clock on snow days and every walkway is cleaned.
3. And it's a big community.. you get to see many families, kids and dogs in summer
4. Walmart, Target, Best buy, Buckland mall and all major shopping zones are easily reachable.
