The proper group was very easy to communicate with! They answered our questions within 24 hours or less! The house we stayed at was beautiful, well equipped and true to its pictures and description! When we want an item for the kitchen, they were quick to buy it for us and deliver it to the front door! I would recommend them and use them again!

We so much enjoyed our time at the Beachfront condo. The walk we took to the beach morning and evening included lots of stair steps, which we enjoyed, but others might not.
The accommodations were clean and modern. When we needed assistance, the property company was prompt in supporting us.
The location was excellent for driving to other beaches and activities all along the northern Florida coast.

We can’t say enough good things about this property. House is beautiful and well stocked, better than any other house we have rented before. The bedrooms are great and the mattresses are super comfy. There was no digital concierge that we could find and I know this is not the rental company issue but garbage pickup on Monday and no other day is not really a good thing especially since the pails are right outside the screen room and by the end of the week we could smell an odor in that room. Pool and outside bar area was fantastic along with the outside bathroom. We would definitely rent again if we come back to St Augustine.

Crescent Lookout View Home surpassed all of my expectations! The moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning, majestic views of the ocean – it was like a postcard come to life. The home itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing getaway. Whether enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee or unwinding at sunset, every moment spent here was pure bliss. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene and breathtaking retreat.

We stayed at Just beachy in St Agustine with a group of 12. I can't complain. We really enjoyed our time there. We had some minor issues with the grill but nothing to ruin our trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone. It was beautiful to see the sunrise every morning.

We arrived on a Saturday for a stay of 3 nights to find the AC not working and the pool full of debris and at 70 degrees ( heated pool advertised). The house was 80 inside. When we contacted the number provided, they told us the ac was new brand new and we may not be using the thermostat correctly. After about 4 hours back and forth they sent someone out who told us the unit was 7 years old and the thermostat was bad.
They also told us they would send someone right out to clean the pool however no one showed. The next day we called x 2 and they finally gave us a straight forward answer and told us someone would be out Monday ( we leave on Tuesday morning).My daughters attempted to clean it out with a fishing next and found a nail in the bottom of the pool.
I received an email asking how our first day went and responded with all of the issues, they told me they were unaware of any of the issues ( lack of communication between management and maintenance company) and told me to hear the pool it would be 150.00 ( it was nowhere listed in the initial rental property description). I’ve attached photos for reference. The home itself was nice however we went there to relax and spent extra money for a pool we couldn’t use. I was very disappointed.

The proper group was amazing to work with! Our house was beautiful and just as described! Very clean, pictures didn’t do our house justice! The dock was awesome, we enjoyed fishing and watching sunsets! It was larger than we expected, the pool was warm and clean and communication was wonderful!
