We sold our home and was in the process of buying one. This agency was representing the seller. I highly recommend that you DO NOT use this Real Estate Group. Brian was so disrespectful to our agent by Ghosting her requested on txt and would not return her phone calls. Brian apparently was too busy with other business endeavors to stay focused on this transaction because he was unavailable for days at a time resulting in poor transition into our new home. His client was not out in time even after we received the keys. Then he allowed his client to trash the house and leave it very dirty. In fact it took my husband and I over 16 hours to clean our new home. Brian was too busy at a soccer game to be there to make sure the seller cleaned up then when my realitor asked him to make it right and he would not communicate with her. After we moved in the garage door was broken and the garbage disposal. This was not made known during purchase.

I would never, never, never, consider this outfit unless they have new ownership. A few years back I had to file a claim against one of their agents with the Board of Realtors. Owner even made up testimony trying to help this creep. My wife responded..........I've never seen you before in my life. In the end the Board of Realtors made this Agent take an ethics class (like this could ever help this guy) and my wife and I lost thousands. It has been a few years and whenever I run into this still working agent around town, I always refer to him fondly by his new name, Mr. Integrity.

I have worked with TREG and can say they are the only people with whom my real estate experiences have been met with complete professionalism and consideration of the client. I would use no other real estate group in Redding ever! This group is focused customer service and not self service. Sadly, there are far too many less knowledgeable and self-serving real estate entities in Redding. Having been an almost 40 resident of Shasta County, originally from the Burlingame area, I recommend all the services of TREG and Brian Salado. I learned this from experience. They supersede all other companies and am not one who critiques or treads lightly when it comes to fiscal matters of this magnitude. I don’t have to say “good luck” to friends who work with TREG.
