Armando is the best teacher and an awesome guy! I was not looking forward to taking real estate classes. I had tried it on my own during the pandemic and was bored to tears. I decided to give it another try and figured in person might be better. Best decision ever! Armando made it so much more fun and entertaining. He's a great Broker,Teacher, and Business man. On top of that, he's just cool, fun, and funny and makes it interesting. I honestly enjoyed the class very much and felt confident taking the State exam. This class helped me breeze through and pass on the first try. Donna is fantastic too, she helped me so much with my application, paperwork, scheduling exam, etc. Top tier and 5 stars! Couldn't recommend more. Thank you guys!

I’ll start with saying the professor, Armando, is one of the most educated people I have ever met on this subject. The time spent listening to him was actually enjoyable and went by fast. I personally took the real estate prep course after having issues with my test the first few times. I passed it with ease after. Not only did I enjoy the class, but it was fun, he was funny, and best of all it was not boring, which I get that classes aren’t meant for fun, but being enjoyable just makes you want to be there and be involved. I recommend taking any course he has to offer. Talking to him, he is straight forward and to the point he will not waste your time.

I attended Armando's crash course on Saturday June 1st, one week before my exam was to be taken. This class was very informative and money well spent, the information that Armando gives is amazing and he explains every bit of information clear and simple. Now I will say, Armando is very intense and passionate about how he get his message to you, so if you have sensitive ears bring your holy water, oils etc. Because Armando knows this stuff well and he gets the information to you clear and simple. If you have taken the test and failed or if you have just finished your classes and your about to take the test, I advise you to go take this crash course the information you will receive will give you a clear understanding of what you have been studying and give you a better understanding of the terminology used on the test your about to take.

I started my Real estate licensing program with Armando in February 2024. His teachings are very thorough, fun and very informative. I was able to take the required class that I needed in order for me to continue to take my exam.

I took college real estate courses back in 2015 however, the orientation and assistance that I got in order for me to continue was not available and very hard to work around with.

Armando's class made it very easy his teachings absolutely changed my mentality of the real estate industry for the best. And after the courses were done I studied the exam from all the material he had given us and I passed (June 2024) ! Highly recommend his program! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Signed up for Really Academy last week, one week prior to my exam, did not study much before the Saturday cram session with Armando and was less than optimistic about passing. Armando was an amazing in your face teacher as he taught and gave the class his energy, enthusiasm and knowledge for 8 hours . I took that home with me and practiced accordingly to his suggestions, took the exam yesterday and passed.
So happy and excited and I owe much of this to the preparation and tools the Realty Academy gave me .

I took Armando’s 24/7 online crash course and was able to study at my own pace with a newborn and take the time understanding the material he provided. It was great being able to control my pace of the crash course and I passed the real estate license exam! I would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn’t have the time to attend his in person crash course!

I took my Real Estate course back in March and had my license Exam scheduled for September 13, and I was in desperate need of a refresher . An AD was mailed to my home just a week before my exam date describing The Realty Academy’s 8hr Crash course. I decided to take it and I’m so pleased that I did. The teacher Armando Oliva did a great job breaking down the course material so I could retain and understand it. Access to mind stimulating Youtube videos and flash cards going over what we just learned were also provided upon the class dismissal.

Thanks to The Realty Academy I Passed on my first try. I would highly recommend Armando Oliva’s 8hr Crash Course , worth every penny spent!

I found The Realty Academy on a sub Reddit of all places & boy am I glad that I did!! I suffered through my 3 real estate courses with another school and was scared about taking the exam. The Realty Academy’s Crash Course quickly put me at ease. When they say they have everything you need to pass the exam, believe them! I took my exam yesterday and was the first one to finish and passed it easily! Highly recommend not only the Crash Course, but now I wish I’d found them sooner to take my 3 prerequisites.
