We conferenced with Michael when we were living on the West Coast attempting to buy a home at the beginning of the housing market frenzy. It quickly became clear that we weren't going to be able to find something remotely, and he reassured us it was okay to not make an offer without touring it in person. We are so happy we didn't try to buy long distance, not fully understanding the neighborhoods and how different a home can feel once you are inside! Instead, he redirected us to an amazing rental home in a perfect neighborhood for our family. We were so relieved to have found somewhere great to settle during a tight West Hartford rental market.
Once we were settled and began touring homes, we knew we had found the best realtor. He knows the area better than anyone having grown up in West Hartford. He really listens to what you want and would send us listings with the characteristics we had mentioned. Michael never made us feel pressured and constantly reassured us that we would find the right home and it didn't matter how many we had to tour. And we eventually did!
Not only did Michael help us land the home we felt connected to, he arranged for us to meet with a builder to discuss the renovations we planned for the home. We have since started plans with that same builder to begin work next month.
To wrap up a long review, we feel there was no one better to help us buy our first home. Michael is invested in each client, is knowledgeable and informative, and just an honest person that we knew had our best interests in mind.

Michael was hands-down amazing for my fiancé and I during our home search. We first ran into Michael during an open house he was hosting and immediately were both drawn to his down-to-earth, genuine character. He knew a lot about the area we were interested in and had a wealth of knowledge to share. Michael did all the things you'd hope a great agent would do - and in my opinion he went above and beyond. From the very first meeting where he sat down with us and spent time understanding our goals and reviewing line-by-line contract language, to the numerous calls, showings, text's, follow-ups and check-ins. Ultimately, we'd also credit working with Michael as one of the main reason's we were able to successfully purchase the house we wanted during arguably the most competitive market to-date (summer of 2022). It was through Michael's coordination with the selling agent along with Michael's team (The Sinatro Company and the mortgage brokers he works with) that allowed us to close the deal ahead of other interested parties.
